  1. How do I sign up for online account access?

    Prior to signing up, you will need the following information:

    • Authentication ID Number
    • Account Number

    Go to www.shareowneronline.com and select “Sign Up Now.” You will be instructed to create the following information:

    1. Username
    2. Password
    3. Answer for a pre-defined Security Question

  2. What are the requirements for creating my Username?

    Your Username must be a minimum of six (6) and maximum of (40) characters in length with the following criteria.

    • Alphanumeric (0-9) (A-Z)
    • Username is not case sensitive
    • Must contain at least one letter.
    • Cannot contain spaces
    • Can contain special characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & _
    • Must be different from your Password

  3. What are the requirements for creating my Password?

    Passwords are case sensitive. Your Password must be a minimum of eight (8) and maximum of (12) characters in length. It must contain at least three of the following types of characters:

    • Upper case alphabetic (A to Z)
    • Lower case alphabetic (a to z)
    • Numeric (0 to 9)
    • Special characters: ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+=|\?/’:;”

  4. What are the requirements for creating my Security Question and Answer?

    The answer to your security question must be a minimum of eight (8) and maximum of (30) characters in length with the following criteria.

    • Alphanumeric (0-9) (A-Z)
    • Security Answer is not case sensitive
    • Can contain spaces
    • Can contain special characters: !@#$%^&_-

  5. Where can I find my Account Number?

    Your account number appears on your account statements, tax forms, and proxy information.

  6. Where can I find my Authentication ID Number?

    Your Authentication ID is provided upon request and will be sent by mail. In order to request your Authentication ID, you will need the following information:

    • Account Number
    • Company of Stock

    Go to www.shareowneronline.com and select "Sign Up Now".

  7. How do I recover my Username?

    Follow these steps.

    1. Go to www.shareowneronline.com
    2. Select "Launch Account Access"
    3. Select "Can’t access your account?"
    4. Select "Recover Username"
    5. Enter your Password
    6. Select "Account Number", "Authentication ID" or "Employee Number*" from the drop down menu
    7. Enter your Account Number and Company of Stock or your Authentication ID
    8. Select "Authenticate"
    9. Enter the answer to your Security Question
    10. Select "Continue"

    Your Username will be displayed

    Follow these steps.

    1. Go to www.shareowneronline.com
    2. Select "Launch Account Access"
    3. Select "Can’t access your account?"
    4. Select "Reset Password"
    5. Enter your Username
    6. Select "Account Number" or "Authentication ID" from the drop down menu
    7. Enter your Account ID and Company of Stock or your Authentication Number
    8. Select "Authenticate"
    9. Enter the answer to your Security Question
    10. Select "Create Password"

  9. How do I reset the Answer to my Security Question?

    Follow these steps.

    1. Go to www.shareowneronline.com
    2. Select "Launch Account Access"
    3. Select "Can’t access your account?"
    4. Select "Reset security question/answer"
    5. Enter your Username
    6. Enter your Password
    7. Select "Account Number" or "Authentication ID" from the drop down menu
    8. Enter your Account Number or your Authentication ID
    9. Select "Reset Question"

  10. What can I do if I have forgotten my Username, Password, and/or Answer to my Security Question?

    You may recover your Username, create a new Password, and/or create a new Security Answer. You will need the following information:

    Follow these steps.

    1. Go to www.shareowneronline.com
    2. Select "Launch Account Access"
    3. Select "Can’t access your account?"
    4. Enter the name of the company in which you own stock. You may type the name or select it from the company lookup.
    5. Select Submit

    3. Select "Can’t access your account?"
    4. Enter the name of the company in which you own stock. You may type the name or select it from the company lookup.
